1. Services provided by P.R.C. and P. Sp. z o.o. at the Krakowskie Quay, effective from 01.06.2025

2. For the time the vessel occupies the quay a fee is charged for each commenced day for each meter of the occupied quay in the amount of – 18,00 PLN

3. The section from the extreme mooring points of the vessel is counted as the occupied quay, taking into account safe distances between moored units. The conditions of berthing should be established in the concluded agreement/order.

4. For the occupation of 1 m2 of land (excluding the waterfront line) for each commenced day a fee of –0,60 PLNis charged

5. For the delivery of 1 m3 or 1 ton of water from a waterside hydrant a fee of – 24,00 PLNis charged (the minimum fee is the fee for 5 m3, i.e. 120 PLN)

6. For the delivery of electricity a fee is charged for the reimbursement of the costs incurred for the purchase of electricity based on the number of kWh drawn and the applicable rate given on the basis of the invoice from the energy seller to P.R.C.i P. Sp. z o.o. for the previous settlement period. The amount of energy drawn is determined on the basis of the reading of measuring devices taken by an employee of P.R.C.i P. Sp. z o.o.

7. For failure to report the use of the infrastructure’ P.R.C.i P, Sp. z o.o., including use without the consent of P.R.C.i P. Sp. z o.o. after the period covered by the contract-order expires or the agreed scope of use of the infrastructure specified in the contract/order, fees are charged at the above rates increased by 100% (unless the contract/order provides otherwise), as for:

– supply of electricity in the amount of the total power of the installed electrical receivers and the total time of the ship’s stay.

– supply of water in the amount of the total capacity of the ship’s water tanks, but no less than per 10 m3.

– the actual area occupied and the total time of occupation of the area (the minimum fee is the fee for 100 m2 of land)

– the actually occupied quay (section calculated in accordance with the point on supply of energy) and the total time of the ship’s stay

Other fees:

– fee for weighing vehicles on the P.R.C. i P. Sp. z o.o. scales – 25,00 PLN

– fee for the operation of connecting/disconnecting to the coastal hydrant – 200,00 PLN

– fee for the operation of connecting/disconnecting to electrical devices – 200,00 PLN

– fee for using the infrastructure of P.R.C. i P. Sp. z o.o. (taking into account the costs incurred to maintain its proper technical efficiency) – flat fee for each commenced month of renting the area or mooring the vessel at the quay – 300,00 PLN

8. The above-mentioned rates do not include VAT

9. After the completion of the provision of services covered by this Tariff, a Protocol confirming the readings of the measuring devices, the time and date of use of the infrastructure of P.R.C. and P. Sp. z o.o. and the use of other services is prepared and submitted for the acceptance of the Service Recipient.
